They are used to transfer products between rooms of different cleanliness classes in order to prevent the air flow from the less clean site to the cleaner one. They can be mounted on wall panel constructions and any other type of partitions (bricks, foamed and gas concrete blocks, plasterboards, etc.).

The inner chamber can be rinsed with air supplied by both the general ventilation system and the stand-alone fan integrated into the passbox body.

There are pass boxes with a wide range of inner chamber sizes, depending on the customer requirements and dimensions of the products to be transferred.

• body material – galvanized steel;
• inner chamber material – AISI 304 stainless steel;
• HEPA high- efficiency particulate air filter;
• perforated bottom of the inner chamber for air exhaust;
• exhaust grille to remove air outside;
• doors with a glass window;
• supply voltage – 220 V.

The pass boxes are equipped with light alarms to prevent the simultaneous opening of 2 doors locked by the electromagnetic lock. This makes it possible to transfer products from one room to another without violating the process discipline and air conditions.

They do not emit any harmful substances and are resistant to treatment with disinfectants.

The surface of pass boxes is coated with polymer powder coating in RAL colors.
